KI ONE Eagle Single Malt (70cl, 43%)

KI ONE Eagle is a Korean single malt from the KI ONE Distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle without chill-filtering or added colour. It matures in Kentucky bourbon barrels and new Missouri oak. Within the core range, the eagle stands for the American part of the distillery's international founding story. The distillery was founded in June 2020 on the slopes of Baekbongsan, near Namyangju. Strong oak and caramel lead the nose, with vanilla alongside. On the palate sweet vanilla and nutmeg combine with banana and sultanas. The finish keeps the oak for a long time, with pepper and cinnamon adding spice.
