Ki One – Unicorn Single Malt Whisky

Ki One Unicorn is a single malt made from peated malt. It is the final instalment of the Three Guardians series and a tribute to Master Distiller Andrew Shand's 45-year career in whisky. The name honours his Scottish heritage, as the unicorn is Scotland's national animal. The nose has a clear, distinct peat reek balanced by sweet honey and earthy notes. On the palate come orange peel, oriental spices and vanilla, with seaweed and plum alongside. The finish is soft and maritime, with a lingering trail of gentle smoke.
