Kilchoman Batch Strength is an Islay single malt bottled at 57% ABV. A few drops of water were added after maturation to bring the whisky to that strength.
It was matured in a combination of re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels.
Natural peat smoke and citrus character from Kilchoman combine with dark fruits, rich spices and a salted caramel sweetness.
