A heavily peated Islay single malt from Kilchoman, aged for eleven years entirely in ex-Oloroso sherry butts and bottled at 54.7% ABV. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
This is the first edition of the distillery's Family Collection, launched in 2026, with casks chosen by the founding Wills family. The barley came from Port Ellen Maltings at a malt specification of around 50 ppm.
Expect bonfire smoke, raisins and orange peel on the nose, then dried fruit, treacle and cocoa, ending long and smoky with a touch of salt.
