Sanaig is an Islay single malt from Kilchoman, a tribute to the stormy Atlantic coast of the island. It is a combination of oloroso sherry casks, making up 70%, and ex-bourbon casks, making up 30%.
Layers of citrus sweetness meet a touch of peat smoke, while the oloroso sherry adds a balance of dried fruit and aromatic spice. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without added colouring and without chill-filtration.
