Kilkerran 12 Year Old is a lightly peated Campbeltown single malt from Glengyle distillery, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in a mix of 70% ex-bourbon and 30% ex-sherry casks. Glengyle was founded in 1872, began producing again in 2004, and released its 12 year old under the Kilkerran name in 2016.
On the palate there are bright citrus notes and a subtle oiliness.
