An official Kilkerran 12 Year Old, a Campbeltown single malt from the Glengyle distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is led by oak, with toasted marshmallow, dried fruit pudding, cherries, marzipan and a hint of peat. The palate starts fruity, with citrus and orange peel, before vanilla, butterscotch, honeycomb and digestive biscuits appear. The finish is smooth and velvety with lemon meringue, ending in oiliness and saltiness.
