Kilkerran 12 Year Old is a Campbeltown single malt from the Glengyle distillery, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It has no added colouring and is not chill-filtered.
Glengyle is closely linked to Springbank and was re-established in 2000. In the years that followed it released a series of work in progress bottlings, which let drinkers follow the whisky as it matured. This 12 year old has been the standard Kilkerran bottling since 2016.
It is described as a typical Campbeltown malt: salty, oily and lightly smoky.
