Kilkerran 8 is a Campbeltown single malt from the Glengyle distillery, aged for eight years in a bourbon cask and bottled at cask strength, 57.7% ABV.
On the nose it is spicy, with lemon cake, apple jelly, honey and vanilla. The palate is creamy, with banana cake, vanilla custard and panna cotta, and the finish brings sea salt and a touch of gorse.
