This is the 2025 release of Kilkerran 8 Year Old, a Campbeltown single malt from Glengyle, matured in a bourbon cask. It is bottled at 57.5% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is zesty, with key lime pie, apple jelly, honey and vanilla. The palate is creamy, with banoffee pie, vanilla custard and panna cotta. Sea salt and brine come through in the finish, along with a note of gorse.
