Kilkerran 8 Year Old Cask Strength is the 2024 release, the 11th batch of this bottling, distilled at Glengyle in Campbeltown. It was aged in bourbon casks and bottled at a cask strength of 55.6%.
The whisky is creamy, with vanilla, toffee, banana, apple and panna cotta.
The Kilkerran name comes from the Gaelic name of the original settlement where Saint Kieran had his religious cell, on the site where Campbeltown now stands.
