A peated Campbeltown single malt from the Glengyle distillery, owned and operated by Springbank. This 8 year old forms part of the Kilkerran limited core range and is released annually; this is the 2026 release.
It has matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks. It is non-chill-filtered and naturally coloured, bottled at a cask strength of 57.7% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is zesty, with key lime pie, apple jelly, honey and vanilla. The palate is creamy, with banoffee pie, vanilla custard and panna cotta, and the finish brings sea salt, brine and a note of gorse.
