Kinahan's Kasc M is an Irish single malt whisky from the Kasc project, which draws on five kinds of cask: Portuguese, American, French and Hungarian oak, along with chestnut wood.
The Kinahan name goes back to 1779, when Daniel Kinahan founded the business on Trinity Street in Dublin. The company paused in October 1988 and reopened on 14 March 2014, with a series of original bottlings meant to bring the historic name back to life.
