Kinahan's The Kasc Project Kasc LL

Kinahan's Kasc LL is an Irish blended whiskey from The Kasc Project, a series that pairs traditional maturation with a hybrid cask method. The blend of grain and malted barley whiskeys matures in casks made from five woods: American, French, Portuguese and Hungarian oak, and chestnut. The nose shows pear, light smoke, tropical and Mediterranean fruit, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. The palate brings caramelised mango, tropical fruit, dried raisins, figs and caramel espresso. The finish is sweet cinnamon cake with a touch of vanilla.
