This is a single cask Kingsbarns malt, aged for three years in an American oak bourbon barrel. It was released as a limited edition of 254 bottles.
The nose is green apple and pineapple with a slight sharpness. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and sweet, with chocolate alongside a pronounced note of chilli. The finish is long, with lingering chilli heat that leaves a gentle burn on the lips.
