Bell Rock is a limited edition Lowland single malt from Kingsbarns, bottled in 2021 at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The release was 2,208 bottles. It was matured in ex-oloroso sherry butts and ex-bourbon barrels.
The nose is still fresh, mineral and vegetal, with a touch of vanilla. The palate is creamy, with a peppery start followed by malt, nuts and cream. The finish is fairly short and spicy.
