Kingsbarns Doocot is a Lowland single malt and part of the distillery's core range. It takes its name from the Doocot, the oldest room of the historic farm buildings, which were renovated in 2013. The room sits at the centre of the distillery and has housed its first cask since 2015.
The whisky matured mostly in bourbon casks, together with STR red wine casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV without added colouring or chill-filtration, in a 70cl bottle, and won a gold medal at the 2024 World Whiskies Awards.
