Knob Creek 12 Year Old is a small batch bourbon aged for a minimum of 12 years in select oak barrels and bottled at 50% abv, which is 100 proof.
The nose is typically described as warm oak and vanilla over layers of caramel, bakery pastries and splashes of cream. On the palate come aged oak, leather and sweet vanilla marshmallow, seasoned with crushed white pepper.
