Knob Creek 9 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 50%)

Knob Creek 9 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% vol. in a 70cl bottle. It was created by Booker Noe, sixth-generation master distiller at Jim Beam, who wanted to bring back the powerful, uncompromising style of bourbon made before Prohibition. The nine years of maturation in freshly charred white oak casks allow the whiskey to take up the flavours of the wood in depth. The colour is a deep golden mahogany. The nose offers caramel, oak, cinnamon and vanilla. The palate is notably full-bodied, with a note of maple syrup followed by sweetness, and the finish is long.
