Knob Creek 9 Year Old is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 50% in a 700ml bottle. It is a long-aged, high-rye bourbon made in a pre-prohibition style.
The flavours are described as old-style, with a natural oak sweetness and an unflinching balance.
