Knob Creek Bourbon x Rye is a small batch blend of two Kentucky straight whiskeys, bottled at 113 proof (56.5%) in Clermont, Kentucky. It combines 30% straight bourbon aged 9 years with 70% straight rye aged 7 years.
The colour is golden brown with copper hues. The nose is sweet maple and vanilla with nutty notes and baking spice. On the palate there are brown sweets, a hint of fruit and black pepper. The finish is sweet, with lingering spice.
