Knob Creek Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV.
It is matured in the deepest charred American oak barrels, which draw out the natural sugars of the grain. The style is full-flavoured and pre-Prohibition in character.
The aroma is of maple sugar, with a maple sweetness on the palate alongside a rich, wood caramel flavour, and the finish is long and smooth.
