Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Rye is a rye whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 50% ABV. It takes its name from a small creek running just south of the distillery.
It is made in small batches and aged in deeply charred barrels. The whiskey is made from a blend of rye.
The nose is expansive, with herbs, rye and a touch of oak. The palate is bold with rye spice and undertones of vanilla and oak.
