Knob Creek Rye is a small-batch rye whiskey aged for nine years and bottled at 100 proof, which is 50% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It has a high rye content.
The whiskey is velvety and unobtrusive, rich in character, with plenty of vanilla and caramel. White pepper and strawberry appear quietly, and charred oak gives it shape.
In 2012 it won double gold and best rye whiskey at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
