Knob Creek Rye (75cl, 50%)

Knob Creek Rye is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey made in the pre-Prohibition style, from a blend of rye grains. It is bottled at 100 proof (50%) in a 750ml bottle. It pairs the spicy kick of traditional rye with sweet vanilla and oak, and is suggested for cocktails such as a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned. The nose offers rye bread, black pepper, fresh herbs and a gentle undertone of vanilla and oak. The palate is bold and spicy, with white pepper and rye grain softened by vanilla cream, toasted oak and a touch of caramel. The finish is warm and long, with spice and toasted wood.
