Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Rye (57.5%)

An unblended rye whiskey from Kentucky, drawn from a single barrel and bottled at 115 proof, which is 57.5% ABV. The barrel was chosen after a sampling of the distillery's finest. The whiskey is a dark amber colour. The nose combines dill, spice, honey and charred oak. On the palate it is boldly spicy with rye character, with undertones of vanilla and oak.
