Knockdu – 13 Years Old Infrequent Flyers (70cl)

This is a 13-year-old single malt from Knockdu, bottled by the independent bottler Alistair Walker as part of the Infrequent Flyers series. It is a single cask bottling at cask strength, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, released in a limited run. The nose offers citrus, green apple, vanilla and light floral hints. The palate brings creamy malt, pear, soft spice, honey and subtle oak. The finish is fresh, lightly spicy and fruity, with a clean length.
