Koval Four Grain

Koval Four Grain is an American whiskey from the Koval Distillery in Chicago, Illinois. It is made from oat, malted barley, rye and wheat, which places it outside the usual bourbon and rye styles. Each grain plays a part: oat brings softness, malted barley a malty depth, rye spice and wheat a rounded texture. The nose combines grain, fruit and gentle sweetness with vanilla and oak. The palate balances creamy cereal notes, fruit, warming spice and wood, and the finish is warming and complex.
