Koval – Millet Whiskey

Koval Millet Whiskey comes from Koval, a Chicago distillery with a self-described maverick approach. The grain is millet, an ancient, drought-resistant seed, sourced from a local organic farm collective as all of the distillery's grains are. Koval uses only the heart cut, with no heads or tails, and ages its spirit in 30 gallon charred barrels. This whiskey is bottled from a single barrel, so flavour and texture can vary slightly from one bottle to the next. It is unfiltered, gluten-free and certified kosher.
