Koval – Four Grain (47%)

Koval Four Grain is a single barrel American whiskey distilled from a mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye and wheat. The grains come from a local organic farmer collective in the Midwest, and only the heart cut of the distillate is used. It is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled at 94 proof. The nose is of banana, the palate creamy, and the finish spicy.
