Koval – Millet Whiskey (50cl, 40%)

Koval Millet is an American single barrel whiskey made entirely from millet, in a 50cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. Koval uses organic grain and keeps only the heart of the distillate. The whiskey matures in new American oak from Minnesota, and each barrel is bottled on its own. The distillery was founded in Chicago in 2008. The nose is sweet grain, hay and light floral notes with vanilla and caramel. The palate is strong, led by nuts and vanilla, with caramel, oak and dark fruit. The finish is clean and bright, with spice that lingers.
