Koval – Rye Bottled in Bond (50%)

Koval Rye Bottled in Bond is a single-grain whiskey made from unmalted rye. It was aged for a minimum of four years in Koval's federally bonded warehouse and bottled at 100 proof (50%). It is amber in colour. Aromas and flavours include brandied cherries in milk chocolate, cinnamon and sugar on buttered, toasted rye bread, currants and black liquorice, with cinnamon and ginger adding spice. The body is silky, dry and full, and the medium-long finish brings marble rye with hot butter, mesquite, apple, sage, cherry and raspberry.
