Bourbon Whiskey
Koval Single Barrel Bourbon is a bourbon from Chicago, distilled from a mash of 51% corn and 49% barley. It is soft and fruity, with a subtle spiciness. The nose offers vanilla, peach, nectarine and dried apricot. The palate is sweet, with icing sugar, marshmallow and syrup alongside hints of oak, and the medium-length finish carries a delicate spiciness of chilli and ginger.
