Kujira Single Grain 31YO is a Japanese single grain Ryukyu whisky, aged for 31 years. It is distilled from 100% premium Indica rice, and the fermentation uses traditional black koji.
The spirit matured for more than three decades in a mix of ex-bourbon, sherry and white oak casks. It was then finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks.
