Kurayoshi Pure Malt 12 Year Old is a Japanese blended malt from Matsui Shuzou. The blend combines malt whiskies, some of them Scottish, aged for at least 12 years in ex-bourbon casks.
It is described as fragrant and complex, with toasted almonds, lemon grass, vanilla and orchard fruits, and a subtle hint of smoke in the finish.
