Kurayoshi Pure Malt is an 8 year old blended malt Japanese whisky from Matsui Shuzo, bottled in 2016 at 43% ABV. It matured in oak casks.
The distillery stands in Kurayoshi, in Tottori Prefecture, at the foot of Mount Daisen, a region known for its clear spring water.
Orange, sweet fruit, vanilla, nuts and malt make up the flavour, with a soft mouthfeel.
