Lady of Arms Archery Edition 2.0 (70cl, 57.8%)

Archery Edition 2.0 is the fourth bottling in the Lady of Arms series, which began in autumn 2023 and is curated by Mareike Spitzer. It is an Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled from a single cask at 57.8% ABV. The blend is 80% single pot still and 20% peated single malt, which puts the influence of peat smoke on the traditional pot still style. It matured in ex-bourbon casks and was then finished in an NEOC cask. 310 bottles were filled, natural colour and non-chill-filtered. On the nose, light smoke and pipe tobacco sit with baked apple, cinnamon and clove. The palate brings apricot, spice, smoked bacon and earthy notes, and the finish is long, spicy and fruity.
