Lady of the Glen St Bridget's Kirk Solera Batch #6 (70cl, 48.5%)

This is the sixth batch of the St Bridget's Kirk blended malt series from Lady of the Glen, bottled at 48.5% in a 70cl bottle. Only 200 bottles were filled. The series is made with a three-cask Solera system built by the producer's own warehouse team. Each time a batch is bottled from the third cask, the first cask is refilled with spirit, which then passes slowly through two ex-oloroso casks. The nose is strawberry jam and redcurrant. On the palate come mocha, Christmas mince pies and brine, and the finish brings chocolate lime and a farmyard note.
