Lambay Single Malt Cognac Finish is an Irish single malt from the Lambay Irish Whiskey Company, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has natural colour.
The whiskey first matures in former bourbon casks, then receives a finish in Cognac casks.
On the nose there are citrus fruits, floral notes and mandarin peel with light spice. The palate brings honey, vanilla and apricot, with oak, gentle spices and a hint of sea air. The finish is dry, fruity and softly spiced.
