Lambertus 3 Year Old is a Belgian organic single malt from the Radermacher distillery, made entirely from organically grown grains. It is bottled at 47% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The nose has fresh malt, apple, light vanilla and soft wood. On the palate it is clean and energetic, with grainy sweetness, white pepper, honey and a little spice. The finish is dry and fresh, balancing wood and malt.
