Lambertus 5 Year Old Peated Single Malt is a Belgian whisky from the Radermacher distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. The peat is light to medium in strength, a controlled style rather than heavy Islay smoke.
The nose has light smoke, charcoal, malt and a hint of spice. The palate is dry and tight, with soft peat smoke, toasted wood, pepper and a light sweetness. The finish is medium to long, warm and slightly smoky, without bitterness.
