A Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna made from the Grasparossa grape, with re-fermentation by the Charmat method. The deep ruby colour precedes a broad, fruity bouquet of mature cherry, raspberry and light spicy and floral hints. On the palate it is soft with pleasant effervescence, balanced tannins and good persistence. It is suggested with cured meats, savoury first courses and white meats.
