Laphroaig – 10 Year Old (Cadenheads Original Collection) (70cl, 46%)

This is a 10 year old Laphroaig from the Cadenheads Original Collection, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The distillery sits on the south coast of the Isle of Islay and was founded in 1815. The whisky was matured in bourbon barrels and is natural in colour and not chill-filtered. The nose brings hemp, gooseberries and menthol. On the palate come lime oil, barbecued langoustines and bramley apple. The finish is salty, with lemon and eucalyptus.
