A 14-year-old Islay single malt from 1991, bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society as single cask 29.48, Hebridean Heavyweight. It is one of 288 bottles from a refill bourbon barrel.
The bottle carries the Society's oldest label format, used from 1983 until 2006. It was released only in the USA, which is why it comes in a 75cl bottle rather than 70cl. In the Society's code, the first number refers to the distillery and the second to the cask.
