This is a single cask Laphroaig from Islay, distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2026 after twenty years of maturation in a hogshead. It is a joint bottling by Milroy's and The Whisky Agency, at 52.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is led by peat smoke, with maritime notes, iodine, citrus and a little vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, with smoke, salt, sweet malt, spices and fine oak, and the finish is long, smoky and spicy.
