An Islay single malt from Laphroaig, in a 1 litre bottle. It is matured in four kinds of oak: ex-bourbon barrels, quarter casks, virgin American oak barrels and European oak hogsheads.
The whisky is smoky, made with peat in the malting and water from the Kilbride Stream. The nose is intensely smoky, with notes of vanilla pod and a hint of cookie dough.
