Laphroaig Select is an Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. Laphroaig was founded on the south coast of the island in 1815 by Donald and Alexander Johnston.
It brings together whisky matured in Oloroso sherry butts, Pedro Ximenez seasoned hogsheads and first-fill bourbon quarter casks. The final maturation is in new American oak, which adds a bold flavour.
