Laphroaig Quarter Cask is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky in a 75cl bottle. It is double matured in American oak barrels and shows a glistening gold colour in the glass.
The increased contact with the oak gives a soft, velvety mouthfeel. The nose has peat smoke, vanilla, coconut and banana. On the palate, distinctive peatiness is followed by smoke and a soft sweetness, leading to a long, drying finish.
