Larceny is a Kentucky straight bourbon made by Heaven Hill Distillery. It is a wheated bourbon bottled at 92 proof, with a mash bill of corn, wheat and malted barley, and it is released in small batches.
The wheat gives a softer, smoother style. Butterscotch, caramel and honey stand out in the flavour, leading to a long, sweet and savoury finish.
