This is a single cask Lark 4 Year Old from Tasmania, distilled in 2016 and matured entirely in a Tawny Port cask. Berry Bros. & Rudd selected it for the Odyssey Range, The Auld & The Bold, and bottled it at 62.9%. There are 279 bottles.
Lark was founded in 1992 by Bill Lark.
The nose brings dried fruits, caramel, orange peel, dark chocolate and ripe plum. On the palate come rich red fruits, caramel sweetness and warming spice.
